Answer nine quick questions. We match your answers to open class-action settlements and show the administrator's published amounts. You claim on the official site; we never file for you.
Check my casesOpen now
The team is listing the first settlements now. Check your cases in the meantime; matches reach you the day a settlement opens.
Figures are each settlement administrator’s published maximum; final amounts depend on how many people claim. We are not affiliated with any court or administrator.
Why CaseHelp
Open settlements matched to your answers, with every deadline in view.
Nine questions, matched against every open settlement the team lists. New ones are checked against your answers as they open.
Many settlements pay on your word. We say which ones, and what the others ask for, before you start.
Every “Claim it” opens the administrator’s own form. We never file for you, and we never hold your money.
Reminders by text before a claim closes, and an alert the day a new settlement matches you.
How it works
Products and apps you may have used. Yes or no, one screen each.
Open settlements that fit, with the administrator’s published figure and what you’ll need.
One tap opens the administrator’s form. Mark it filed and we track it.
Hearing dates and deadlines in one place. The administrator pays you directly.
Questions
No, never. "Claim it" opens the settlement administrator's own form and you file there, in your own name. We keep the deadline, what you'll need and your proof in one place, and track it once you mark it filed.
After claims close, the court holds a final approval hearing and the administrator sends payments. Most take several months to a year. We show each hearing date as it is published, and the administrator pays you directly.
Often not. Many settlements accept a claim on your word; others ask for a receipt, an account email or a serial number. We say which, before you start, under "You'll need".
Yes. The questions, the matches, your claim links and being contacted when a law firm takes a case are free, and stay free. Inside your portal there is an optional paid plan, Plus: deadline reminders by text, new-settlement alerts, an evidence vault and claim tracking. Plus is never a condition of, or payment for, a match, and you can cancel it in one tap.
