CaseHelp is a service of Wayco AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 169 Madison Ave, Suite 38526, New York, NY 10016. CaseHelp connects people who have accident claims with independent law firms that handle them. We are not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service; no attorney-client relationship is formed by using this site.
Information you provide on our case-review form — your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and the details of your accident — plus technical data such as your device, referring ad, and the consent certificate created when you submit.
To review your potential case, contact you about your inquiry, match you with a partner law firm, and send you documents and status updates about your claim.
By submitting our form you consent to receive calls and text messages (including via automated or AI voice technology and autodialed or prerecorded messages) from CaseHelp and its partner law firms at the number you provide, regarding your case inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by emailing info@casehelp.org.
We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing.
We share your case information only with the matched partner law firm(s) and the service providers that operate our platform (e.g. telephony, messaging, and hosting vendors), each under confidentiality obligations.
Our product and app case check (casehelp.org/cases) asks whether you used certain products or services and, if you say yes, a few screening questions about that use. If you leave your details, we keep your answers, name, phone number, email, ZIP code and state, the time you agreed and the consent text you agreed to, the IP address, browser and approximate city you submitted from, the type of phone line, any advertising click identifiers in the link you arrived by, and a TrustedForm certificate (a third-party record of the form session), so that we can contact you when a law firm takes on a case your answers fit, or a new case that may fit them.
We may share those answers and contact details with a law firm that CaseHelp selects to handle that case, so the firm can decide whether to take you on. We do not share them for any other purpose. Nothing is shared until a firm takes on the case.
California residents:passing your details to a law firm in this way may be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You may opt out, or ask us to delete your details, at any time by emailing info@casehelp.org. When you ask us to delete, we remove your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, notes and every screening answer, and keep only the record that you gave consent, when, from which state and type of phone line, the TrustedForm certificate, and which products or services the consent concerned.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or opt out of contact, by emailing info@casehelp.org.
